Yes. The full product is free while the pilot runs, and no payment details are collected anywhere in Tracely today. If paid plans are introduced later, you will be told well ahead of time, before anything changes for your team.
No. There is no card on file to charge, so nothing can start automatically. You will be told in advance what the plans cost and when they begin, and you decide whether to continue.
It stays yours. If you decide not to continue, ask us and we will send you an export of your processes and guides rather than leaving them behind.
No limits on people, processes or recordings. Seat limits belong to billing, and billing is not switched on.
It has not been set. Pilot teams will see the plans before they apply, and will have time to decide.
